At Khawaja & Sons Group of Companies, our journey began in the year 2000 with a clear vision — to build a business grounded in trust, integrity, and long-term relationships. Starting as a real estate services provider, we spent nearly a decade (2000–2009) helping clients make secure and profitable property investments.
In 2009, we took a significant step forward by entering the field of real estate development. Our first high-rise project in Bahria Town, Islamabad was successfully completed within 1.5 years, setting a strong foundation for our future growth and demonstrating our commitment to quality and timely delivery.
Since then, by the grace of Almighty Allah and the trust of our valued clients, we have successfully completed 15 high-rise buildings and 25 residential projects. Today, we are proud to have delivered over 1,200 units, including flats and commercial shops, to more than 1,200 satisfied customers.
