In 2009, we expanded our vision by entering the field of real estate development, marking a significant milestone in our growth.
Our first high-rise project was launched in Bahria Town Phase 7 in 2009 and was successfully completed within 1.5 years, setting a benchmark for timely delivery and quality construction. This achievement was further recognized when we were honored with the Best Business Award in 2010 by Chairman Malik Riaz Hussain (Bahria Town) — a testament to our commitment to excellence and professionalism.
Following this success, we continued to grow and diversify our portfolio while maintaining the highest standards in both development and real estate services.
